The Banner Support Office provides in-person or virtual assistance with Banner business process development, retraining, troubleshooting and other basic functions of daily business.

Banner House Call, is available to:

  • Working With Academic History
  • Transfer Articulation
  • Bio/Demo Lookup and Navigation
  • Advising and Departmental Records Access
  • Faculty Grading
  • Faculty Records Access
  • Faculty Rosters and Class Functions

We regret that we cannot assist with the following topics, which are handled by individual offices: course building, SFAREGS student registration, ODS report building, Hyperion navigation, Hyperion report building, Admissions functions, financial aid , accounts receivable, human resources.

We also assist with business process development, including:

  • Office Workflow Assistance and Development
  • Developing Efficient Internal Processes
  • Establishing Relationships With Banner Teams
  • In-Service Training and Demonstrations

Every week, we have times set aside for one-on-one training, in-service training for departments and offices, and in person demos of Banner functionality and processes. You can sign up for any of the times listed below, or contact the office for an alternate of future time. Once you sign up, the spot will be temporarily reserved for you. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a telephone call from a Banner team member to set up a training, or for a referral to a more appropriate team.
